Elle P. is a seasoned performer and dedicated educator whose journey in music and the performing arts began at the remarkable age of six. Originally from Charlotte, North Carolina, Elle has always been driven by a deep passion for performing and teaching. Elle graduated from the American Musical and Dramatic Academy in NYC and earned her Bachelor's degree in Musical Theater and Screenwriting from The New School.

Elle's performing career spans professional stage productions, notable TV shows, and films. Some highlights include performing at the Oscars, Times Square with Playbill on the mainstage, New York City Center, the United Palace Theatre, and Little Island during an educational residency. She has also performed with Broadway legend Andre De Shields at the Oscar Hammerstein Awards. As a singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist, she has performed at weddings, corporate events, and private functions, showcasing her versatility across styles and genres.

Elle has been teaching in New York City for several years, both independently and with organizations such as Jam with Jamie, Free to Be Under 3, The Door, and the Church of the Heavenly Rest. Her experience includes group classes with up to 15 students, private lessons, and working with learners as young as six months. She is particularly skilled at creating engaging and effective curriculums tailored to students of all ages, backgrounds, and abilities, including those with learning disabilities, autism, ADHD, and non-verbal challenges.

Elle’s teaching philosophy centers on creating a nourishing, engaging, and inclusive environment where students feel seen, heard, and supported. She incorporates interactive, hands-on activities, repetition, and even sign language to foster understanding and growth. Believing that music has the power to uncover the most authentic version of oneself, Elle strives to help students build confidence and find joy in music. Known for her vibrant personality and silly, approachable demeanor, Elle’s ultimate goal is to empower her students to explore their unique artistic voices and discover the transformative magic of music.
