Ian is a NYC-based multi-hyphenate guitarist, performing artist and creative entrepreneur.  In over 20 years of professional work in the entertainment industry, Ian has performed on Broadway stages, in Las Vegas casinos, on mega cruise ships, and internationally!  Known for his talents in guitar, acting, singing, songwriting, music education, and production, Ian has worked alongside Pat Benatar, Sir Tim Rice, Kristen Bell, Nick Cordero, Frankie Grande, Idina Menzel, Ryan Murphy, and others. Ian’s performances have earned him praise from critics in Entertainment Weekly and Variety magazines, and awards for outstanding artistry. 

 

He is also currently in the process of getting a Master’s degree in Interdisciplinary Music Studies from Berklee College of Music.  Ian continues to captivate audiences with his exceptional performances and dedication to his craft.

Ian believes in creating a musical environment that fosters joy, inspiration, and creativity in every child. His approach to teaching is centered around the idea that music should be a source of happiness and self-expression for young learners. Ian strives to instill a love for music by making learning enjoyable and engaging, encouraging students to explore their unique musical voices and talents.

Ian is dedicated to empowering children to not only appreciate music but also to feel inspired to create their own compositions. By providing a supportive and nurturing atmosphere, Ian cultivates a sense of confidence and enthusiasm in each student to express themselves through music. Through activities such as songwriting, improvisation, and collaborative music-making, he encourages his students to tap into their creativity and explore the endless possibilities that music offers.
